Moving your clinic

A move worth planning properly.

Your patient history matters. Begin with what you have today, agree what can move and leave time to check it before your team starts using the new system.

01 / Agree the scope

Know what’s coming.

Find out what your existing system can export. Patient details, clinical notes, attachments, appointments and billing history may need different approaches. Agree what is included and what needs to remain accessible elsewhere.

02 / Check a sample

Make room for a check.

Review field mappings and a sample import before moving the full dataset. Check record counts, dates, contact details and any clinical information included in the agreed scope.

03 / Plan the changeover

Bring the team along.

Agree a changeover date after the import approach is confirmed. Give staff time to try the diary, decide how to handle changes during the move and keep an appropriate backup of your original export.

Timing depends on your starting point.

There is no single migration timeline that fits every clinic. The amount and format of your data, access to your old system and the checks required all affect the plan and cost.

Tell us which system you use and the types of records you want to bring. Please do not send patient records through the demo form. A suitable transfer method should be agreed before any patient data is shared.

Your clinic, your way of working
